Terms of Service

LifePA provides a private personal assistant service that helps users action tasks through one shared LifePA mobile number and one shared LifePA email address, with messages routed by the sender's own identity.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

By using the services, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into these Terms
• the information you provide to us is accurate
• you will use the services only for lawful purposes

To use some parts of the service, you may need to create an account or provide contact details.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your account information accurate and up to date
• maintaining the security of your account and devices
• all activity that occurs through your account or through your use of the service

You must not use the service:

• for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive purpose
• to harass, threaten or impersonate another person
• to send spam or unauthorised marketing communications
• to interfere with or disrupt the service or related systems
• to request or instruct LifePA to carry out illegal, unsafe or prohibited activities

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or used the service in a way that creates risk for us, other users or third parties.

LifePA is a tool designed to assist with personal administrative tasks and communications.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• LifePA may rely on automated systems and third-party providers, including AI-based processing
• outputs, responses and actions may not always be complete, accurate or suitable for your circumstances
• you remain responsible for reviewing important communications, decisions, instructions and outcomes
• LifePA does not provide legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice

You should not rely on the service as a substitute for professional advice or human judgment where the matter is important, urgent, high-risk or sensitive.

By using the service, you authorise LifePA to receive and process communications you send through the service, including by phone call, SMS and email, for the purpose of operating the service and assisting with your tasks.

You are responsible for ensuring that any instruction you give us is accurate, appropriate and authorised.

We may refuse to act on any request where we believe:

• the instruction is unclear
• the request may be unlawful, unsafe or inappropriate
• we are unable to verify authority
• carrying out the request would expose us to unreasonable legal, operational or reputational risk

LifePA may rely on third-party service providers to operate the service.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, platforms or tools that are not owned or controlled by us, including any delays, failures, errors or losses caused by those third parties.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

If you purchase a paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges disclosed to you at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise:

• fees are charged in the currency specified at the time of purchase
• fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• we may change pricing from time to time, but any change will apply prospectively

If payment is overdue, we may suspend or terminate access to paid services.

We own or license all rights in the LifePA website, service, branding, content, software, design and related materials, except for content you provide.

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to us, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, process and communicate that content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, improve and support the service.

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works from our website or service
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where not prohibited by law
• use our name, branding or materials without our prior written consent

Our collection, use and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the service, you acknowledge that we may collect, use and disclose information as described in that policy.

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website or service at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not make any guarantee, representation or warranty that:

• the service will meet all of your requirements
• the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
• any result, output or task outcome will be accurate, complete, reliable or suitable for your needs

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifePA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the website or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant services in the 12 months before the claim arose, or if you have not paid us anything, AUD $100.

Where laws imply non-excludable rights or remedies, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by those laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifePA and its officers, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of or connected with:

• your use of the service
• your breach of these Terms
• your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
• any instruction, content or material you submit through the service

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• you breach these Terms
• we are required to do so by law
• your use creates risk or potential harm to us, other users or third parties
• we decide to discontinue the service

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting [email protected].

Deletion requests are subject to our Privacy Policy and any legal or operational obligations requiring retention of certain information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, except where consumer laws in your location give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

By continuing to use the website or services after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
